Chenonceau - Probably my favorite out of the bunch based on the magnificent gardens and the excellent chateau.
Villandry - The one with the best gardens.
Chambord - The largest one I saw.

Loire Valley Chateaus
Prior to visiting Paris, I took an excursion to the Loire Valley (SW of Paris) to see the Chateaus and sample alot of French cuisine. I don't think I can eat any more foie gras, but bring on the baguettes and croissants.
