Mile End in Boerum Hill Brooklyn

I finally got a chance to check out the new Montreal style delicatessen that
opened up several blocks away. They cure their own meat and fish, and I was
pretty excited to get a montreal bagel with house cured salmon, cream
cheese, tomato, capers and red onion. They also serve Stumptown coffee, so
that helped seal the deal. I plan to be back in the future to sample their
brisket and other smoked montreal style meat. It's a great addition to the
hood.

One awesome thing is that you can order their bagels online for saturday
pickup, although a dozen for $20 is pretty pricey. I guess that covers the
cost of transport from montreal.

I am so jealous, I need a real bagel. All they have in Utah is whole foods.
