Sigur Ros rocked the Garden on Monday, March 25, 2013. The new material from the upcoming album sounds like it will be loud (in a good way). I was a little skeptical that they could pull off an arena gig, but it was great. A wall of sound for the loud parts, but intimate enough for all of their quieter moments.
I'm glad I made it. I haven't seen them in an indoor (non-festival) gig in many years, and they are in top form.
