We ate at this great restaurant tonight. It's one out of two of the only Michelin two starred restaurants in Stockholm. It reminded me a lot of per se or Momofuku Ko.... meaning a ton of courses.
Almost everything was spectacular and very inventive (although I've already had the frozen shaved foie gras before :)). One of the most amazing dishes was composed of 33 different items!
