Sufjan played work predominately from his latest album "The Age of Adz" and the "All Delighted People" ep. It was definitely a different show than the last time I saw him in 2007. A lot of dance influences. I wish I had prepped myself for it by actually listening to the new material (that has been on my ipod).
I generally enjoyed the show (Seven Swans, Vesuvius and All Delighted People were great), but the 25+ minute "Impossible Soul" (with balloons Wayne Coyne style) was a bit unbearable.
Hope this is just a one off album thing.
